A Sterling man was arrested in Denton, Texas in connection with a home invasion that happened in Rock Falls, Illinois.

Police said the break-in was reported at a home in rural Rock Falls on January 23, 2014.

Two men from Fulton were arrested and charged with home invasion in early February.  Dalton Chattic, 20. was arrested February 4 and Jordan Coy, 21, was arrested February 7.  They were held in the Whiteside County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bond apiece.

Police said a warrant, charging him with home invasion, was issued February 7 for 22-year-old Jordan Woosley of Sterling, Illinois.

In a statement issued Monday, February 10, Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office Detective John Booker said Woosley was arrested in Denton, Texas and waived extradition at a February 10 hearing there.  That means Woosley will be taken back to Whiteside County to face a charge of home invasion.

Booker said police were still searching for Dominique DeJesus, 42, in connection with the case.  DeJesus’ last known address was in Sterling.

Anyone with information about DeJesus is asked to contact the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office at (815) 772-4044 or Crime Stoppers at (815) 625-7867.
