If you have to announce a school closing, you might as well have a little fun doing it.
After spending several days sending out nearly-identical “We’re closed, no school today” messages to parents, a Kentucky school principal and drama teacher broke up the monotony.
They decided to have a little fun and sing the message.
“We like to have fun at our school,” read the caption posted with YouTube video of the prank. “So, after several school closings due to snow and cold, we recorded this call to parents to see if we could make them laugh.
“I think we succeeded,” the post read.
