A fundraiser is being held to continue the search efforts for a missing Davenport woman.

Previous reports indicate that Carrie Olson was last seen on Saturday, December 28, 2013 in Rock Island. Since then members of the community have volunteered to help search for the 29-year-old woman and her family has tapped into other resources to help find her.

According to the Find Carrie Olson Facebook page a benefit is being held to raise funds to keep the search going.

The fundraiser was scheduled for Thursday, January 30, 2014 at Rivals Sports Bar & Grille in Davenport to be held from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.

The public was invited and organizers said they were expecting a large turnout. A silent auction and raffle prizes were planned.

Any donations can be sent to the Find Carrie Olson Fund at IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union – Attn: Dave Nauman.
