A Burlington, Iowa man was sentenced to 30 months in prison after undercover police busted him dealing cocaine.

Shane Francis Culbertson, 29, “personally sold cocaine in quantities ranging from one to nine ounces to undercover law enforcement” between March 2012 and April 2013, according to a spokesman for U.S. Attorney Nicholas Klinefeldt.

Three other men also charged in the case each previously pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute cocaine.

“Over the course of the conspiracy Culbertson was responsible for over 500 grams of cocaine,” the spokesman said.

Culbertson was sentenced in federal court Tuesday, January 21, 2014, to 30 months in prison to be followed by three years of supervised release.  He was also ordered to pay $100 toward the Crime Victims Fund.
