Police said they spent more than an hour and a half negotiating with a teenager they saw trying to go into a Muscatine store while holding a gun.

Muscatine Police said that shortly after midnight on Thursday, January 9, 2014 a 17-year-old boy tried to enter the Circle K Convenience Store with what police later discovered was a BB handgun.
