An Iowa City Arby’s was reportedly robbed at gunpoint during Thanksgiving weekend.

According to a report by KCRG, around 11:30 p.m. Saturday, November 30, 2013 a man with a handgun came into Arby’s restaurant at 3 Highway 1 West. Police reports indicate that the man fled the store with an undisclosed amount of cash.

KCRG reported that the suspect was described as a black man, 5-feet, 10-inches tall, and had an average build. He was reportedly wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, black tennis shoes, and his face was covered with a black mask.

While police investigate the robbery, Iowa City Area Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $1000 for information leading to an arrest of the suspect.
