The Quad City area was hit with thunderstorms that brought in high winds and hail during the morning and early afternoon hours of Sunday, November 17, 2013.
In Davenport, some streets were underwater because storm sewers couldn't keep up with the heavy rains. Some counties in the area were under a high wind advisory for most of Sunday.
