Traffic on I-88 was closed to traffic after a rollover accident in East Moline.
Officials said a semi-truck lost control and rolled over in the afternoon on Saturday, October 26, 2013. The rollover occurred on I-88 near the I-80 interchange. When the vehicle rolled the cargo was spilled onto the roadway.
Traffic was being rerouted to I-80 to avoid the wreck.
Before 5 p.m. officials were able to get the truck upright and began re-loading.
