Davenport crews have reduced Harrison Street to just two lanes of traffic in the Hilltop Park area. The reduction is in effect for Wednesday, October 9th, 2013.

Crews have put cones up in the middle of the street near 15th Street to divide it into two. The cones go down to 13th Street. Traffic should be back open to three lanes of traffic south of 13th Street.

Crews had closed off parts of Harrison Street Tuesday next to the Harrison Lofts. Crews are working on the road at 14th and Harrison Wednesday. That's why parts of Harrison Street are down to just two lanes.

Davenport Police are also monitoring the traffic flow at Locust Street and Harrison. They'll be out until 9 in the morning.

City workers recommend you take Main, Marquette, or Gaines Street if you need to get to downtown Wednesday. You should expect delays if you take Harrison Street later in the morning.
