Hundreds of positions are being cut at an Iowa Wells Fargo.
According to a report by KCRG, a Wells Fargo credit card call center in West Des Moines is cutting 263 positions. The announcement came on Tuesday, September 24, 2013.
According to the report, the company said jobs cuts are part of a effort to consolidate its call centers. Employees have been given a 60-day notice, and Wells Fargo said it will provide assistance to help employees find other positions.
