A player on the Clinton High School Freshmen Football team is fighting through challenges all for his love of football.

Coaches and teammates say Hunter Miller is one of the top leaders of his team, and he does it all with a prosthetic leg.

Miller said he enjoys hitting drills and that when his leg gets hit it doesn’t affect him because he can’t feel it. As for running with the leg, he has adapted to the weight.

“I had to adjust getting used to the legs that I get,” Miller said.

Teammates say they are inspired by what Miller can accomplish on the field.

“He gets in the game and he plays 100-percent all the time,” said his coach, Tony Steen.
