A Davenport woman was arrested in connection with the theft of a box of donated money from the counter of a Bettendorf restaurant.

Police said two women worked together to distract a store manager and take the box of cash from the counter of Hardee’s, 1930 State Street on Thursday, August 15, 2013.  Surveillance cameras captured photos of the theft as it happened.

An estimated $50 was in the stolen box.
