Davenport assault victim suffers life-threatening injuries
Police said a 38-year-old man hurt in a Davenport assault has injuries that are considered life-threatening.
Police found the victim after they were sent to investigate a reported stabbing just after 9 p.m. Wednesday, September 18, 2013 in the 2200 block of West 58th Street.
After the victim was airlifted to an Iowa hospital, detectives investigating the assault arrested 29-year-old Mckinsley Watson of Davenport. Watson faced a felony charge of willful injury with serious injury.
Watson was held in the Scott County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond.
