Two Moline families are out of their home after a fire Wednesday morning, September 18, 2013.

It happened around 5 a.m. at the corner of 10th Street and 18th Avenue A. There was only minor damage on the outside of the home. Crews tell us there was more damage on the inside of the duplex.

Moline Fire Fighters say that everyone inside was able to get out okay. There are no injuries to report from the fire. Just two months ago, a fire damaged a home just one block away.

Crews say it started in the basement, but they do not have a cause of the fire. No word on whether the families will be able to live in the home, but crews don't believe they will be staying there Wednesday night.

The American Red Cross is assisting one family, consisting of two adults and one child. After they were blocked by fire trucks, both 10th Street and 18th Avenue A were reopened to traffic.
