Drivers in Clinton need to be aware of a permanent change on a city roadway.
On Monday, September 16, 2013 the traffic signals at 5th Ave. South and South 4th Street will be permanently removed, according to Clinton’s city officials.
The intersection will continue as a 2-way stop.
