QC Animal Welfare Center named a ‘true hero’

After more than 2,000 votes were cast, Quad Citians helped Crawford Company select Quad City Animal Welfare Center to receive a $1,000 award.

Crawford Company accepted nominations of local non-profit organizations to receive the money through the Bryant True Heroes Award program.  The program is designed to help Bryant Heating and Cooling Systems dealers honor “those who selflessly devote their lives to serving others.”

The Erika-Kate Foundation, QC-PAWS, ihope, Boys and Girls Club, Relay for Life, Ann’s Helping Hands, Jason’s Box and River Action were also nominated for the award.
