A Bureau County man faces charges for allegedly selling prescribed pills in a parking lot.
According to the Sterling Police Department, on Tuesday, August 13, 2013, Paul Ferlauto, age 40, was arrested in the parking lot of a Rock Falls Walmart. He faces two counts of unlawful delivery of a scheduled controlled substance.
Police say Ferlauto’s first offense was in Sterling in July of 2013.
Ferlauto was taken to the Whiteside County Jail on the felony charges, police said.
