Dixon man sells cocaine to undercover cop twice

A Dixon man is accused of selling cocaine to an undercover cop two times.

According to the Dixon Police Department, 28-year-old Carlos Colin-Montes De Oca sold less than one gram of cocaine to an officer with the Dixon Police in February 2013 and again in March.

Police arrested Colin-Montes De Oca on Thursday, August 8, 2013 around 11 a.m. He faces charges that include selling drugs within 1,000-feet of a park and within 1,000-feet of a church.

Colin-Montes De Oca was taken to the Lee County Jail and was held on $75,000 bond.

Police expect to make more arrests in the investigation.
