A woman was transported to the hospital by Med Force after she crashed while traveling on Highway 34.
According to the Des Moines County Sheriff’s Office, a 50-year-old woman’s vehicle left the roadway after she lost control. It flipped one and a quarter times landing on the passenger side. The Burlington woman was ejected from the vehicle, landing about 40-feet away.
Police say a Med Force helicopter arrived to the scene to transport her.
