A trial date has been set for the owner of two put bulls in connection with their attack on a Clinton man, said the Clinton Herald.
Facing fines and possible jail time if convicted, Ryan Blume is facing several charges including two counts of having a dangerous dog. A bench trial has been set for Thursday, September 12, 2013 at 10 a.m., according to a report by the Clinton Herald.
On July 2, 2013 a 31-year-old man was attacked by the two dogs and was taken to an area hospital. He received surgeries on his arms before being released, according to the report.
Blume turned himself in to the Clinton County Jail after charges were filed and an arrest warrant was issued against him.
