The National Belgian Horse Show kicked off Thursday morning at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds.
Horse breeders from around the country came out to the fairgrounds Thursday to see who had the best horse. Jim Whisman, Belgian Horse Show Superintendent, said one breeder even came from Ontario, Canada. That is just one of the horse shows going on at the fairgrounds this week.
