The fair provides dozens of attractions, some more heart-warming than others.

Some say a dog is a man's best friend, well in Nadja Palenzuela case women's best friend. Nadja's Marvelous Mutts show has performed all over the country.

“All of the dogs that you’re going to see here today were rescued," said Nadja.

She gave all nine performers a home when no one else would take them.

“The dogs in our shows are usually dogs that don’t do well in your average pet home, because they do need a lot of exercise and we have built this venue in a way of giving all of their heart’s desire," said Nadja.

She quite her job, packed up and hit the road to do shows. A fulfillment that when she was an architect didn't give her.

“I have a different kind of happiness through living my life through training them," said Nadja.

Through every course run, Frisbee catch and pool dive, it's the dogs that have taught Nadja a lesson.

“We need to take a chance and you know do what fulfills us and what makes us happy," said Nadja.

Also reminding her life is too short to be anything but happy.

“It’s a wonderful feeling at the end of day to know that these dogs enrich our lives," said Nadja.

The group is from New York. They perform everyday and their show times are 2:30, 4:30 and 8:00.
