Chicago water tower falls, three injured

Three people were injured after an old water tower fell from a Chicago building.

According to WGN, the tower crashed down off a roof in a Lakeview neighborhood on Wednesday, July 31, 2013.

The Chicago Fire Department said the water tower, made of wood, fell nine stories. WGN reported that it fell onto a car below and those who were injured were taken to area hospitals.
