Country Music star Toby Keith kicks off the Mississippi Valley Fair Tuesday night in Davenport.
The 94th annual fair starts Tuesday. Tuesday's rain kept a lot of people from visiting early in the morning though.
Toby Keith has not been to the Quad Cities since 2007. Toby plays at 8 p.m. on the racetrack at the fairgrounds.
The fair runs through Sunday. Tickets cost $10 for adults and $3 for children. Fair fun cards cost $45 a person for the entire week.
The fairgrounds is located at 2815 West Locust Street in Davenport. The fair also has games and carnival rides throughout the week.
