The staff of a retirement home created this Harlem Shake video as the nearly winner starred in the video with his friends surrounding him. They said Bill was the perfect person for the main role with his energy, heart, and a twinkle in his eye.
The retirement home has plans to make another video to Home by Phillip Phillips.
