Clinton Police confirmed that the owner of two pit bulls that attacked a man in Clinton, Iowa turned himself in.
25-year-old Ryan Blume reportedly turned himself in on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 shortly after 6 a.m.
According to a report by the Clinton Herald, Blume had a warrant out for his arrest and eight citations filed against him. The citations included having a dangerous dog, allowing a dog to run at large, no proof of rabies vaccination, and no proof of city license.
The condition of the attack victim is unknown.
