Final work on the MetroLINK station on 20th Street will close that road between First and Second avenues in Rock Island for three days.
Northbound and southbound 20th Street traffic will be detoured starting Monday, July 15, 2013.
Motorists will use 19th Street instead of 20th Street.
Northbound traffic will turn left on Second Avenue, right on 19th Street and right on First Avenue to avoid the closed section of 20th Street.
Southbound traffic will turn right on First Avenue, left on 19th Street and left on Second Avenue to avoid the road closure.
The detour is expected to end Wednesday, July 17.
