For the past two years, a group of friends from Moline High School have performed together as indie rock act "Highfives & Handshakes."

Now, they're looking to expand their fan-base from the Quad Cities to a more national following.

This week, their new single, "You're My Friend!" became available on iTunes, just as their new music video hit YouTube. Like many bands these days, they're focused on building buzz online and through social media in their search to potentially sign with a label.

The band's next show is scheduled for July 12th at Davenport's River Music Experience.

To see their music video in its entirety, head to the band's YouTube Channel.
