The owner of Krieger's Collision Center confirmed Tuesday that a man died in Monday's tornado.

As previously reported, the Muscatine, Iowa Emergency Manager says that a tornado was spotted along Highway 61 in Muscatine just before 3:30 p.m. Monday. The National Weather Service is working to confirm that information.

Iowa Governor Terry Branstad came to Muscatine Tuesday and met with Krieger's Collision Center Owner Doug Krieger. Krieger says that one of his employees died from flying debris in Monday's storm. Krieger would not release the man's name, but he did say that he was a body technician in his store.

Krieger says that his collision center will move to another building that his family owns in town. His collision center will move into a spare building of the Napa Auto Parts Center for the time being. Krieger says his collision center should be open for business again Wednesday.
