Before the sirens sounded, thousands of people saw the storm front and an incredible display of clouds move into Muscatine.
Local law enforcement confirmed a tornado struck northern Muscatine, Iowa Monday afternoon, June 24, 2013.
The storm was reported on the north side of the city just before 3:30 p.m.
