The U.S. Open wrapped up the final round with a first time winner, Justin Rose.

On Sunday, June 16, Rose won the 113th U.S. Open with +1 over par. He shot a final round 70 to win the championship.

Phil Mickelson finished in second for the sixth time in his career. That is the most runner-up finishes in U.S. Open history.

Mickelson along with Jason Day finished at +3 over par.

University of Illinois graduate, Steve Stricker, ended Round 4 tied for 8th place at +6 over par.

Stricker, a three-time John Deere Classic Champion will be playing again this year in the tournament from July 8- July 14.
