Quad Cities Hy-Vee stores are giving back with a $16,000 donation to Make-A-Wish.
The donation will help grant wishes to local children battling life-threatening medical conditions.
Make-A-Wish organizers said the donation will help expand the foundation throughout the entire Quad Cities.
Hy-Vee raised the donated money through their Wine and Food Experience held in May 2013.
