A West Des Moines, Iowa man reportedly threw food at the window of a store after the clerk inside refused to sell him beer.

Todd Paul Brekke, 41, was arrested for alleged public intoxication at about 2:30 a.m. Monday, May 27, 2013.

Brekke allegedly threw a beer on the ground and threw his fast food meal against the window of the Kum & Go store at 7265 Visa Drive.  The clerk said Brekke became angry when she refused to sell beer to him after hours.

Police said they found Brekke pacing on the grounds of a hotel near the store.
