St. Ambrose University helped to analyze data from the Traffic Stop Data Collection.

The League of Latin American Citizens, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, Quad Cities Interfaith, Davenport Civil Rights Commission, Churches United and other community members signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Davenport Police Department on Wednesday.

These groups had already begun work with the police on racial profiling issues and traffic stops.
