Most customers have power restored

MidAmerican Energy is reporting about 1,800 power outages around the Quad Cities.
Over 800 were without power in Moline as of 8:05 p.m. on Sunday, May 26, 2013. Earlier in the evening the total will upwards of 3,000 without power around the Quad Cities, primarily in Rock Island and Moline.
A spokesperson from MidAmerican Energy said an electric circuit breaker is down and crew members were on the scene at 5:40 p.m. working to resolve the issue. The company is working to have power restored by Sunday evening.
