Police said they executed a search warrant at a home in the 1000 block of Fourth Street in Galena on Wednesday, May 15, 2013.  That’s when they arrested 33-year-old Joshua Trebian of Galena.

Members of the Illinois Crimes Against Children Task Force and the Jo Daviess County Critical Incident Response Team helped execute the search warrant.

Investigators said they examined Trebian’s computer in connection with the case.

Police said Trebian was charged with one class X felony count of child pornography, two class two felony counts of child pornography and three class three felony counts of child pornography.   The state’s attorney’s office was reportedly reviewing the case for possible further charges.

Trebian was held in the Jo Daviess County Jail.
