Round three of Players Championship riddled with delays

Round three of the Players Championship lost a few hours of daylight when a storm caused a delay.

David Lingmerth was positioned in first place through round three on Saturday, May 11, according to the PGA Leaderboard. The round was left unfinished because the tournament was delayed again due to darkness.

Having completed their rounds on Saturday, Steve Stricker stood tied in 12th place and Zach Johnson was tied in 38th.
