A New York real estate company is giving 15 percent raises to each employee who gets a tattoo of the company logo.
So far, nearly 40 employees of Rapid Realty accepted the offer and got inked in exchange for getting 15% higher commissions than those without the tattoo.
Rapid Realty owner Anthony Lolli said the whole idea started when a loyal employee got the logo tattoo just to show his commitment to the business and not for any financial reward.
Lolli says the tattoos are a reflection of the appreciation the company’s agents have for their employer. Photos of some of the latest tattooed employees are on the company’s Facebook page. .
There is no size or location restriction for the tattoo.
