Police are on the scene Sunday evening on April 21, 2013 at a home near 44th Street and 18th Ave in Rock Island, Illinois.
The Chief of Police in Rock Island said negotiators are there speaking with who claims he has propane-type bombs.
According to the police, a domestic situation happened earlier and an individual left the scene.
Roads near 41st Street and 18th Ave. has been barricaded and residents are being pushed back.
