I always try to be a bit fancy with my headlines. Though, you know what, I felt so honored! Close to 70 first graders and King Elementary in the wonderful town of Galesburg, Illinois. Check them out!
What a fabulous visit! They learned so much from simple weather terms to some of the weather instruments that are used on a daily basis. They even know that a weather forecast can be written in chocolate pudding (inside joke.)
So much fun, great laughs and the hospitality was wonderful.
Big thanks to Mistina Stecher, Valerie Hawkins, Tami E. Eager and the rest of the first grade staff. I can see why these students look up to you!
