A 16-year-old girl was charged in connection with the shooting death of a man from Chicago.
Anthony Moss, 19, was found dead in an apartment in the 600 block of Forest Avenue in Des Moines just before 1:30 a.m. Sunday, April 14, 2013. Police found Moss’ body after someone reported the sound of shots fired there. He had been shot.
WHO-TV reports Hailey Bass, 16, of Des Moines was charged with first-degree murder. A first-degree murder charge is automatically waived to adult court.
