Students, parents and co-workers are doing all they can to offer support and prayers for a teacher fighting ovarian cancer.
They’re coming together in person and online to support Pam Bush, an elementary school physical education teacher at Northside Elementary in the Morrison CUSD 6 District in Morrison, Illinois.
Her son, Brad, started a Facebook community page to help others share their thoughts and prayers with his mother.
“This page was created for my mother who is losing her battle with ovarian cancer where people she has touched can give her prayers, support and memories,” he posted to the page.
Morrison resident Jim Brown shared a photo after “Principal Joe Robbins and the entire district faculty organized every student and teacher in Morrison, K through 12, to gather” for the photo.
