Update: The driver of the motorcycle in the fatal accident has been identified as Charles Osborne from Bettendorf.
The driver and passenger of the vehicle have been released from the hospital.
Police are still investigating the crash, and no charges have been filed.

A 41-year-old man from Bettendorf was pronounced dead at the scene of an accident involving a motorcycle and a vehicle.
According to the Bettendorf Police, the accident occurred at the intersection of Welshire Drive and Spruce Hills Drive around 7 p.m. on Thursday.
Police say the motorcycle was traveling westbound on Spruce Hills Drive when a vehicle pulled out from Welshire Drive. As the vehicle made a left turn onto Spruce Hills Drive, the motorcycle struck the driver's side of the vehicle.
The two occupants of the vehicle were transported to the hospital.
Police are continuing to investigate the incident and no charges have been filed.
