Missing East Moline man found alive

The 57-year-old East Moline man who went missing Tuesday afternoon has been found.

According to the East Moline Police Department, Patrick Eddingfield was located around 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3, 2013, alive and well in the 4700 block of Kennedy Drive in East Moline.

Due to medical problems, Eddingfield was confused by his surroundings, said police.

Eddingfield went missing Tuesday, April 2, 2013 after leaving his home in the 500 block of Oaklawn Ave. to go for a walk.

He has been transported to Illini Hospital.
