After the tragic fire that took the lives of five people, a unique family is coming together to assist the victims’ loved ones.

Sisters who lost their lives in the fire, Jessica and Holli Harker, practiced Tae Kwon Do at Spellious Tae Kwon Do, a division of Chung Kim’s Black Belt Academy, in Moline. Members are planning a spaghetti supper to help with funeral expenses for the girls’ family.

The supper will be on Sunday, April 7 from 4 p.m.- 8 p.m. at Bethel Wesley United Methodist Church at 1201 13th St. in Moline.

Along with the supper there will be a raffle, silent auctions, and a bake sale.

If you cannot make it but would like to help the family, donations can be made to the Harker Family Fund — 1st Community Bank, P.O. Box 455, Sherrard, IL 61281.

Other information on how to help can be found at the group’s Facebook page.
