Police say foul play was not suspected in connection with the death of a man whose body was found at a Shell Station in Davenport.

The discovery was reported just after 10:30 p.m. Friday, March 29, 2013 at the gas station at 6286 N. Brady Street.  Emergency responders confirmed a deceased man was inside the restroom at the Shell Station.

Police have identified the deceased man as 29-year-old Tiimothy Byrne of Davenport.

Police said evidence recovered from the scene indicates Byrne’s death was the result of a drug overdose.

An investigation is underway after a body was found Friday night.

According to the Davenport Police, the body was found at 6268 N. Brady Street. The cause of death is unknown and a name is not being released at this time.
