A Muscatine man plead guilty to Burglary in the Second Degree and two counts of Attempted Burglary in the Third Degree.
According to the Muscatine County Attorney, Raul Santana Minix-Espinoza, 22, received suspended prison sentences totaling ten years. The court ordered the defendant to be sent to the Residential Correctional Facility in Davenport.
The Muscatine Police Department said that an investigation showed that Minix-Espinoza burglarized an occupied residence and attempted to break into two other residences.
