Local nursing homes get highest ratings from U.S. News & World Report.
According to the U.S. News & World Report, two Genesis Health System facilities, Westwing Place in DeWitt, Iowa and Illini Restorative Care in Silvis, Ill., have been awarded the “Best Nursing Home" designation. They both received the highest possible rating from the U.S. News & World Report’s fifth annual "Best Nursing Homes" survey.
The three categories involved in the report’s rating process are quality of care, health inspection, and staffing.
“We’ve got a great team of professionals here who not only show tremendous medical and technical expertise but a tremendous level of care and compassion,” said Glen Roebuck, Executive Director of Senior Services.
Genesis Senior Living in Aledo, Ill. received four stars in overall quality.
