Results! I am starting to see results – not only do I see them but I feel them as well!
I continue working out 5 days a week. I am focusing on all three phases (cardio training, resistance training, and diet/nutrition).
I meet with Seth three days a week for my personal training sessions. I feel stronger. Seth said I have improved greatly from week one! Today I conquered the dreaded box of doom – like it was nothing! I still have soreness but nothing like the first time. The other two days of the week I follow my ActivTrax workout program designed for me.
My body changes are small but I can tell there is change. I have lost almost 4 lbs and a little over 1% body fat. Not a huge amount but I am pleased with this great start. My goal is to lose 20 lbs in the 90 days – so I would say I am on pace!
As for my diet/nutrition plan – I am following the guidelines outlined in my ActivTrax program and it is getting easier as time goes on. I am able to go out to dinner with family and not get upset that I can’t order the usual. I had tried diets before and always felt deprived or upset that I couldn’t just eat what I wanted to. I have found that there are many healthy choices that I can have and they are good! I am not craving sweets like I used to either.
I have found inside myself a determination and drive that I didn’t know I was there. I am actually surprised by the changes. I actually like going to the gym. On my days off I feel like I miss it. It sounds crazy but even on days that I have worked out I sometimes feel like I want to go back and do it again!
Saturday I have decided to join a Fitcore Class at Ultimate Fitness (they are FREE for the month of February). My Fiance’ and daughter will be joining me! I am so excited to have the family support, it means so much. I just can’t wait until our class!
