According to analysts, gas prices have been on the rise for 32 consecutive days.
AAA says the national average price for regular fuel is $3.73 per gallon, up 2 cents from yesterday. AAA also says that in the last month gasoline prices have increased about 13 percent.
AAA reports on the Iowa side of the Quad Cities, the average price for regular fuel is $3.64 per gallon, whereas Illinois is sitting at an average per gallon price of $3.81.
KTLA reports some Californians are seeing their prices rise to more than $5 per gallon, a high that the Quad Cities has never seen.
